Form submission not being forwarded to Email

Hi, We have set up a form with 6 options that direct the form submission to 6 different emails based of selection. The selection for the third option ‘Expectation Production’ is not working. It shows in Netlify that the notification is not being sent to the email server however the server admin confirms the emails are not being received only for one of the options. the form is here: https://weareexpectation.com/join-team

My thinking is there must be a hard block by netlify from sending the email to the email server? or something else is the issue.

Hoping someone can suggest how to identify the problem and solution.

Yup, we had failed to deliver to them reliably back in Jan 2022, so we blocked further sends.

I have just removed the block - let us know how it goes!
