Netlify Forms not sending to my email

Are these Forms actually working 24/7 or is it just a matter of hit or miss?

I have a test websites and on one I was getting email notifications by email in my inbox but today I tried to send it to my self and it never arrived.

I was therefore wondering that for free 100 posts per month there is no guarantee that the notification will arrive in the inbox.

Just wondering.

I am pretty sure I have configured correctly by using netlify-true and even only netlify.

Sorry you are having trouble getting your forms to work.

This Support Guide is the first port of call to debug any forms issues. Have you read this already? There are also many other Support Guides for forms - you can find them here: #Netlify-support:support-guides

We also recommend trying to search the forums or look at topics tagged Netlify forms if you haven’t already - it’s likely your question was already asked by someone else!

I have created a new test site using Brad’s Video and it still doesn’t work. When I say it doesn’t work, I mean to say that email notification is not arriving. It is listed on the page as shown in this picture but why does it not send out email notification?

Let me make one thing very clear. I have set correctly to have email notification on the dashboard. See the two pictures attached here. OK only one picture is allowed here.

The email address used reported an email from our service as spam on Jan 14, 2021 at 1:51 pm PST (UTC-08:00).

To comply with anti-spam policies and regulations all future emails to this email address were prevented.

We can remove the email address from the deny list. However, if they report another email as spam, it will again cause all future emails to be blocked.

Please let us know if we should remove the email address from the deny list or if there are any other questions.
