ERROR Task timed out after 10.03 seconds

Could you please increase the timeout duration for all of my websites? I’m encountering issues with long requests, and tasks are timing out after 10.03 seconds, as indicated by the following Netlify log: “ERROR Task timed out after 10.03 seconds.”

Sounds like you need to determine why the timeouts are occurring in the first place. I (as a teddy) am highly unlikely to wait 10 seconds for a function to return something. No chance I’m waiting 26 seconds.

Seems you are avoiding the issue with the external endpoint.

Could you provide us with the sitename (for example sitename.netlify.app)?

Note that we can bump a site up to 26 seconds, but the site will need to be on the Pro tier for us to make that change - that’s a requirement that applies to everyone who wants a bigger timeout. If you’re not on a Pro+ account, you can upgrade to Pro easily through the Netlify UI dashboard.
