it just wont let me download it

For what it’s worth, there is no other reference to ProductionError on the forums:

@meerasolutionsdxb If you believe it to be a Netlify error, and not any kind of connection error on your end, then you just wait unfortunately.
Note: I don’t work for Netlify so I can’t help directly.
There’s is no guaranteed response time for non-enterprise customers and it’s around 4am where Netlify’s HQ is.
Depending on how you deployed your site, you may also have another copy of it elsewhere, for example in the linked repo or source code on your computer.

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear about the issue with downloading. Are you trying to download via the Deploy file browser which can be found here: Netlify App at the bottom of the page?

The deploy zip has been shared with the email of the account owner.
