Hello, I was trying to create a Netlify account with my Github and I was flagged. “Unfortunately, your account has been flagged by our automatic fraud protection system.” I need help creating my account please. I think my mistake was my negligence clicking log in with Github instead of sign up with Github but I cant see a way to solve it from my end so far.

Hey sorry I saw this page I think from another post while meandering about. The tickets are for paid plans, no? I think I’m on free? literally just creating the account so I can’t even have the option to pay for anything if that was my intention. Do I still qualify to submit a ticket in regards to the failed sign-up fraud pickle I’m in since I guess I’m free plan I just saw repeated comments that the forum is the only hope on this level? (Asking so I understand if the ticket is an option or I will have to pay for that if it’s only available for paid plans. )

How do I, as the email says
“We have received your message about your log in issue. We’ll need you to provide a screenshot(s) of the error you are facing as well as the associated email address before our team can analyze this request.” I submitted the ticket with the email already and didn’t see a place to submit screenshots.
I don’t think the email from zendesk allows replies, my response bounced. Is there an alternative I can send what’s being asked for or is this just a system response to get the case number(which I got thank you)?
