Same problem here, all my sites are not accessible in Egypt. I can access them using VPN only!
You can take a look at the recent posts on the community, you will find a lot of customers complaining about the same issue (example: Netlify sites unreachable from Egypt without VPN - #9 by zizaqxsw )
