Several users in Egypt appear to be experiencing access issues with .netlify.app sites.
From multiple Egyptian networks, Netlify-hosted sites time out with:
“This site can’t be reached”
“[site].netlify.app took too long to respond.”
The same sites work normally when accessed through VPN endpoints outside Egypt. DNS resolution appears to work, but HTTPS/TCP connections time out without VPN.
This looks like a regional routing/connectivity/filtering issue affecting .netlify.app access from Egypt rather than an issue with individual Netlify deployments.
Could Netlify investigate regional reachability from Egypt or provide guidance on what diagnostics users should share?
