As I am not able to use the Level 1 of your Identity service (it has broken my site) - see 500 error when inviting to identity - #7 by sid.m
I have tried to downgrade the service as it is not working and is broken. I am unclear why you are charging for a service when it clearly isnt working or isnt being suported.
When I try to downgrade I get a 401 error.
Please can you look into this so I can downgrade the service.

That you are successfully downgraded to Level 0.
I do apologize for the malfunctioning you had been experience with Identity, and totally understand your frustration. We obviously don’t want to charge you for a product that wasn’t functioning for your use-case, so I have sent you a refund for the amount you were charged for Identity on your last bill. You should see these funds return to your account in 1-3 business days.
Because you had the subscription for a part of this current billing cycle, would you kindly write us into the help desk when you receive the bill so we refund this next prorated amount? Thank you so much!
