Domain stuck in Netlify DNS on an inaccessible old account

Hi, I need help releasing a domain that’s stuck in Netlify DNS on an old account I can no longer access.

  • Domain: mms-cs.co.kr
  • Netlify site I want to use: magenta-horse-1a001d.netlify.app
  • Error when adding the domain to this site: “mms-cs.co.kr or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
  • The old account was created with a Google account that has been suspended by Google, so I can’t log in to remove the domain or its DNS zone.
  • I’m the legal owner of this domain (registered under my company at the Korean registrar Whois). I’ve already moved the nameservers away from Netlify to the registrar’s default.
  • I’m ready to verify ownership via a DNS TXT record.

I’ve also submitted a support form request for this, but posting here in case the team can help faster.

Following up — still completely blocked on this. The domain mms-cs.co.kr is stuck in Netlify DNS on an old account I can’t access (suspended Google account).

I also tried the support form multiple times, but it won’t work — when I go to the support form while logged in, it shows me as logged out, and logging in there just redirects me to the marketing site instead of the form. So the forum is the only channel I can reach you through.

Could a staff member please help release the mms-cs.co.kr DNS zone from the old account? I’m ready to verify ownership via a DNS TXT record. My current account email is mms_ujcho@gmail.com. Thank you!
