Exact error message: When I try to add the domain to my site, I get:
“bobius.nl or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
The situation: The domain is set up with Netlify DNS on an older account/team that I can no longer access (the login and email are no longer available to me). Because of that, I can’t remove or transfer the DNS zone myself, and it’s blocking me from adding bobius.nl to my current account and enabling HTTPS.
Ownership proof: I own the domain — it’s registered at Squarespace. I’ve already completed your domain-ownership verification by adding the verified-for-netlify TXT record, and it matched/verified successfully.
Request: Could you please release/delete bobius.nl (and any subdomains) from the old team’s Netlify DNS so I can add it to my current account? Happy to provide any further proof you need. Thank you!
