Hello Netlify Support Team,
My old Netlify account (email: cyt199410102@gmail.com) has been mistakenly suspended/locked, and I cannot log in to remove the custom domain binding.
Domain: mddjclub.shop
New Netlify account I want to move this domain to: 331201489@qq.com
When I try adding this domain on my new account, error shows:
“shturl. or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I am the legal owner of this domain. I can add any required TXT verification record on my domain registrar to prove ownership.
Please manually release the DNS zone/domain binding from my locked old account, so I can connect the domain to my new Netlify site.
This is urgent for my website service. Thank you for your help.
I believe the account suspension is a false positive, hope you can review it as well.
