I have been trying for two weeks to get the following resolved. I own the domain: www.bringproofhome.com
It was previously tied to a (now inactive) Netlify Account and Team. Under my current netlify (signed up under echo@bringproofhome.com), I am attempting to connect Netlify
to my custom domain, but keep getting the same message: bringproofhome.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.
I have tried updating the TXT record in Squarespace. I have replied to your Support email (10 days ago) that “yes” this is the issue. And still my domain is being held hostage by the old Netlify account (under annie@theproof.store).
Please release my domain - it is slowing production.
