Please release nakryte.com — managed by Netlify DNS on another team

Hello Netlify Support,

I own the domain nakryte.com and I am trying to connect it to my current Netlify project:

Site: nakryte-pl.netlify.app
Custom domain: nakryte.com

The exact error is:

nakryte.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.

I no longer have access to the team that owns the old DNS zone. The authoritative DNS is currently managed at Simply.com and already points to Netlify (apex A record: 75.2.60.5; www CNAME: nakryte-pl.netlify.app).

Please release the old Netlify DNS zone and any conflicting custom-domain assignments. I can prove ownership using a TXT record at verified-for-netlify.nakryte.com and will add the URL of this public topic as its value.
