Domain on another account after removal

We cannot add our site back to Netlify

Site:

We were trying to add a subdomain to a different netlify app (http://gui.prosopo.io/) and it was not letting us due to the following error:

“http://prosopo.io/ or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

We deleted http://prosopo.io/ from Netlify and now cannot add it back to Netlify due to the above error. This has broken our live website.

Please will you let us know how to add back our original domain to flourishing-sorbet-82a364 and also how to add the subdomain to https://provider-gui.netlify.app/?

Hey there :wave:t6: @Prosopo welcome to the Netlify support forums. This is happening because the custom domain you’re trying to use already exists on Netlify under a different account.

Please verify domain ownership and let us know by responding here when that’s done. If the verification is successful we can remove the domain from the other account so you can use it on yours.
