I’m trying to connect my Namecheap domain to Netlify. The www.barterbloc.io set up is complete, but the primary domain is stuck (see attached screenshot). I’ve triple checked the Namecheap custom domain records are correct from what was provided by Netlify, but it’s been stuck for 5-6 hours now. I’ve confirmed with whatsmydns.net that the A and CNAME records are pointing to Netlify, but the NS records are all X’s but pointing to Netlify as well, so not sure what the issue is.
@afrotech-panther Use any tool to inspect what your DNS records are.
For example…
Your A record for the apex:
https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/barterbloc.io
Your CNAME record for the www:
https://www.whatsmydns.net/#CNAME/www.barterbloc.io
So the primary domain (apex) being stuck makes sense.
You need to point it to Netlify’s load balancer, as per the documentation here:
