My domain armadiskocaeli.com expired on April 24, 2026 and is now in the redemption period. I opened support ticket #1053948, confirmed via the automated triage reply that this was the correct issue (“yes, looks right”), but it has now been 4 days with no human agent response.
I have a valid payment method on file, but:
- Auto-renewal cannot be enabled for this domain.
- There is no option in the dashboard to manually pay/renew it.
Given that redemption periods are time-limited and this domain could be permanently deleted soon, I’d really appreciate it if someone from the team could look at ticket #1053948 directly.
