Domain-Currently another site is using this domain

Netlify current site name : [eloquent-raindrop-87508e.netlify.app] (https://eloquent-raindrop-87508e.netlify.app/)

Custom Domain issue, I had the domain ieshainc.com on a different account that I have Deleted. Unfortunately didn’t disable domain. Would like it on new account,

I have went and added the verified-for-netlify TXT so I can get some help to resolve this issue.
