Hi Netlify team,
I’m trying to add my domain my3dough.com to my new site, but I’m getting this error:
“my3dough.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
This domain was previously connected to an old Netlify account of mine, but I no longer have access to that account — it was tied to a Google Workspace email address I no longer have, so I have no way to log in or remove the domain from that team myself.
My new site is: ubiquitous-banoffee-1fba69.netlify.app
I own my3dough.com (registered through Namecheap) and I’m happy to add a TXT verification record to my DNS if that helps confirm ownership — just let me know the exact record you’d like me to add.
Could you please release/clear the orphaned DNS zone from the old account so I can connect the domain to my new team?
