Hi Netlify team,
I’m trying to connect my domain restaurantlagirafe.fr to a site on my team, but I get this error when adding it in Domain management:
“restaurantlagirafe.fr or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I don’t have access to that other team (the zone was likely created by a previous developer). My DNS is hosted at OVH, not on Netlify DNS, and my records already point correctly to Netlify.
Could you please release / delete that orphaned Netlify DNS zone so I can add the domain to my own team? I’m the legitimate domain owner and can prove ownership via a TXT record in my OVH zone. Happy to share account details privately if needed.
