Hi Netlify Support Team,
I am trying to add my custom domain karimcars.com to my new Netlify account/project, but I am continuously getting this error: “karimcars.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I have full administrative access to this domain at my registrar (ExonHost). I can provide any TXT verification record if required to prove my ownership, but currently, the Netlify UI is not showing any verification option; it just blocks me with the error.
Could you please manually verify my ownership or release the DNS zone of karimcars.com from the old/other team so that I can link it to my current project?
