Hi Netlify Support team,
I am trying to add my custom domain “datacraft.kr” to my site, but I get the error:
“datacraft.kr or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
- Netlify Site URL: https://ornate-manatee-fed708.netlify.app
- Custom Domain: datacraft.kr (and www.datacraft.kr)
I have already added the DNS TXT verification record at my registrar (Mailplug):
- Host: datacraft.kr
- TXT Value: verified-for-netlify=ornate-manatee-fed708.netlify.app
Could you please delete the orphaned DNS zone from the old team so I can add it to my current project?
Thank you!
