Hi Netlify Support team,
I am trying to add the subdomain `www-new.smtp2go.com` to my Netlify site, but I am receiving the common error message: “Another site is already using this domain.”
I am the administrator for this domain and have full server access. To verify ownership, I have already created the requested TXT verification record on our authoritative nameservers:
• Host/Name: verified-for-netlify.www-new.smtp2go.com
• Text/Value: “https://smtp2go-marketing-site.netlify.app”
Could an engineer please check the TXT record, clear the domain block on the existing account, and release the domain so I can link it to my project?
