I own this custom Domain (motokuryeizmir.com), (motokuryeizmir.com.tr) that was previously used by a Netlify user but I am not sure who exactly anymore. I.e. the error is “motokuryeizmir.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I found this guide which goes through the process of verifying ownership.
