PLEASE help us help you by writing a good post!

  • I’m yet to create a netlify site name for the work i want to upload, i need to add the domain first and encountered the issue.

  • The custom domain is “SM-SOLARLTD.COM” and while adding the domain i come across this error notice “A DNS zone for this domain already exists on NS1, the DNS provider backing Netlify DNS”

  • This domain have never been add to any host outside netlify since it was purchased.

  • Andrea Vazquez (Netlify) support@netlify.zendesk.com asked me to share the question over in the Netlify Support Forums. Not only will you receive assistance from our Support Engineers but other developers and our Netlify Pilots would love to share their insights.

  • I tried Ask Netlify, our generative AI chatbot, before posting? It pulls info from Support Guides and recent solved forums posts. The results could not solve the error.
