Hi Netlify team,

DNS verification is successful for my custom subdomain, but SSL provisioning fails with this error:

“certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”

Could you please reset/clear the certificate state and reprovision Let’s Encrypt for this domain?

The custom domain is already added to the Netlify site, ownership verification passed, and the CNAME points to the correct Netlify subdomain.

DNS setup:

  • TXT owner verification record added
  • CNAME for the custom subdomain points to the Netlify app subdomain
  • CNAME is set to DNS only, not proxied

I can share the exact site name and custom domain privately with Netlify staff if needed.
