Did you know that I faced a problem previously from the same server like you, but it was solved in one hour and 3 days, and the same problem. Can you imagine this failure that occurred with the team responsible for this problem?

I’m sorry you feel that our response times are not in line with your expectations. In the forums you can expect a response within 3 to 4 BUSINESS days your first post was one day ago. Additionally this is the third post you’ve made in the forums. When you make duplicate post about the same issue it slows us down.

I understand what your problem is, but as I mentioned in the threads before I cannot remove the DNS from your other account without proof you own the domain. How do you get proof? Well go to name.com and set a TXT record with a link to the unlocked thread. From there I can remove the DNS Zone
