Disable DNSSEC through Domain Registrar Panel

I got this error while running the steps suggested.

DNS verification failed
www.thoughtify.co.nz doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify

Support team confirmed that That domain doesn’t appear to be purchased from Netlify and suggested to disable DNSSEC through Domain Registrar Panel. Could anyone able to help me how to do it?

The registrar used for domain registration should have documentation on how to disable DNSSEC and make the other necessary changes to DNS to use if on Netlify.
