DNSSEC Custom Domain Problems

Dear Forum

Currently I wanted to link my Domain from GoDaddy to Netlify. For that I changed the nameservers on GoDaddy to point on Netlify. Netlify shows me the Status Netlify DNS.

My Domain is jaipetch.ch

The propagation takes longer then 48 hours and I got this E-Mail:

Dear Sir or Madam,

On 2023-11-11, we determined that domain names for which you may be responsible have incorrect DNSSEC configurations. Please check and correct these.

Do I have to add any DSN Records. As I watched on Youtube I should work without and the support from GoDaddy tells me to contact Netlify Support.

In addition in the TLS/SLL Certification Window in Netlify I get this message: DNS verification failed

  • jaipetch.ch is not resolvable with a resolver that validates DNSSEC

We don’t support DNSSEC. You’d have to disable it.

Where do I have to disable it? On the Metlify Platform and if so where can I find it or at GoDaddy?

GoDaddy Support told me as the Nameservers point to Netlify it is not their Case.

It needs to be disabled on GoDaddy. Netlify doesn’t have anything to do with DNSSEC as we don’t support it. It is handled by your domain registrar.
