Deploy logs not publicly available

Hi, the deploy logs are not publicly available even though the setting is set to public.

Instead users get a “You do not have permissions to view logs for this resource”.

e.g. This PR has a failed deploy (at this time of writing) Rebased and applied only RTS changes by develroo · Pull Request #162 · Kruptein/planarally-docs · GitHub, but the submitter cannot verify why it failed due to the above error.

Hi, @Kruptein. The logs are publicly available when I test now. Are you still see the permission error?
