Hi! I’m on the Pro plan and I’ve hit my database branch limit. I currently have 193 branches out of the 150 allowed limit and I’m unable to get under the limit.
The issue is that many of these branches appear to be phantom branches — they show up in my dashboard but when I try to delete them manually it says there’s nothing there. These phantom branches are still counting against my limit even though the underlying data is gone.
I’ve also tried having the Netlify AI agent delete them but it returns a 401 Unauthorized error on every database management endpoint — it seems the build-scoped token doesn’t have permission to delete branches.
Is there any way for the Netlify team to bulk delete all database branches except production and main from your end? Or is there a way to force delete the phantom branches that won’t let me delete them manually?
This is affecting my ability to run agent builds reliably — agent runs are failing and taking far more credits than they should because of the branch limit.
Thanks so much for any help!
