Custom Domain Not Accessible in Safari & Firefox, But Netlify URL Works

Hi Netlify Community,

I recently deployed my website on Netlify, and while everything works fine in most browsers, I’m facing an issue with Safari and Firefox. My website is accessible using the Netlify-generated URL (https://vr-folio.netlify.app/), but my custom domain (https://www.vishalrathod.com/) is not reachable in Safari and Firefox.

What I’ve Checked So Far:

  • The site works perfectly in Chrome and Edge.
  • SSL is enabled on Netlify for my custom domain.
  • The Netlify-generated URL is accessible in all browsers.
  • Cleared cache and tested in incognito mode.
  • DNS settings seem correct, but not sure if there’s a misconfiguration.

Looking for Help

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Any guidance on what could be causing this problem or how I can debug it further?

This is loading successfully for me in Safari, are you still seeing issues?

Yes, I am still experiencing the issue, but it seems to be caused by the network provider. Thank you for following up!
