Collaborative deploy previews with static next.js

I’m sorry if this answer has been answered before but I honestly can’t seem to find a definitive answer.

I have a Next.js ecommerce site that renders via ISR fallback: "blocking" and revalidate: 300 on all pages

Does the Netlify collaborative deploy previews support this? I cannot for the life of me get the toolbar to show up.
