Can't provision SSL certificate for rannta.com

Hi Netlify team,

I’m having trouble provisioning the Let’s Encrypt certificate for my custom domain (rannta.com).
The DNS is correctly configured and has been verified successfully.
I’ve removed all A and CNAME records, and I’m using only NETLIFY/NETLIFYv6 records through Netlify DNS.
When I click “Provision certificate,” it fails with the error:

“We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”

Can you please reset the certificate status or manually force provisioning?
