Custom domain SSL/TSL certificate provision error.

- I have tried the AI chat help bot - it ended by telling me to post here to get help.
As everythinig above mentions, I have not been able to provision a SSL certificate to the above domain. I have successfully set up the A and CNAME records to point towards netlify. both the primary and www. redirect successfully and have ticks in netlify. If I click Verify DNS configuration in Domain Management on sites netlify page, it returns " DNS verification was successful". When I go to click the “Provision Certificate” button, the error “missing certificate” is returned.
I have checked, rechecked, checked dig and also checked DNS Checker - DNS Check Propagation Tool - all come back green.
Netlify support chatbot recommended that I remove the DNS A raintreechinesemedicine.com.au 99.83.190.102 record from the DNS - this did change the error message when trying to provision from We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain to missing certificate - not sure what the difference is.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.
