- Domain that I’m trying to configure: santoscloser-cdv.com
- DNS issue: “A DNS zone for this domain already exists on NS1, the DNS provider backing Netlify DNS”
Meassures taken so far:

Domain was deleted a recreated on Netlify. No success on that.

“NS” registries are fully propagated around the globe, which indicates that the 4 dns are properly set on the external registrar.

“A” registries, on the other hand, are not propagated at all.

As indicated on many posts and even the error message, I contacted NS1, they took care of DNS collisions on their side and removed the DNS from their registries. Refer to the attached screenshot for further detail.

As indicated on this post I checked if the DNS zone is active and indeed, it is. So that shouldn’t be the issue.
I am wondering if I should reach out to NS1 once again with a different message; a message like the one provided by Luke the support engineer on this post (?) (?) (?) (?)
I really don’t know what else to do. I went through this several times and checked many forum’s topics, to no avail.
