Cannot add domain allhelp.in - managed by another team

Hello Netlify Support Team,

  • The old Netlify account that previously managed this domain was deleted & deleted from DNS / Nameservers provider also, so I can no longer log in to manually remove the DNS zone. I am the rightful owner of this domain and need it released so I can use it on my active account.

    Here are the required details:

    • Netlify Site Name: medpreneurs.netlify.app

    • Custom Domain: allhelp.in (specifically trying to add medpreneur.allhelp.in)

    • Error Message: “allhelp.in or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

    Could you please release this domain from the old/deleted account?
