Hi Netlify team,
My production deploys are blocked with the error: “Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added.”
However, my Usage & billing page contradicts this — it still shows 30 credits available.
Details:
- Team: GMART SHOP (julebouve10)
- Site: bnesspro (custom domain: eboutique-pro.com)
- Plan: Free
- Credits available: 30
- Deployment method: drag-and-drop (Netlify Drop)
The site itself still serves fine — only new deploys are rejected. This looks like the same stale “credit usage exceeded” flag issue reported by several other Free plan users recently.
Could you please check and clear the flag on my account?
