Billed for paid plan but still showing only free tier

Hello. I signed up for the pro tier / plan on Wednesday 6 March at 15:35:04, I’m assuming central time. It is still only showing as free tier, and when I go to do anything that would require more than free, like create a new team, it directs me to subscribe again. Please help resolve this!
