How do I get the Top Up credits to apply to my domain? I have selected auto purchase credits, I have manually purchased an excess of 7500 credits, I can see the transaction in my bank account. Can someone please apply the credits and bring back our site?

If anyone else reads this in the future, I was able to fix it by removing the card on file despite that card being fine and the payment processing. Then I had to add a new card and buy additional credits on the new card. After this transaction went through I switched back to my company card and it was resolved.
