We setup the auto-recharge feature but it's NOT working? We can't manually add credits? How do we top off our balance immediately?

Yeah, that’s super frustrating! Definitely looks like a server-side issue — 3000 credits gone instantly? Support really needs to step in and fix this ASAP!
