My workspace is on a credit-based Pro plan. We have unused credits from previous credit recharges, and we also have credit auto recharge enabled. Despite this, our deployments are being blocked with a banner:
[Team] is now running on operational credits
Your published sites are still live, but production deploys and Agent Runners are paused. The remaining balance is from operational credits that help keep your sites online and can’t be spent on production deploys or Agent Runners. Add credits, upgrade your team, or wait for your next billing cycle to resume.
How can I resume our deploys? The dashboard shows that there is actually plenty of available credits, so this must be a bug. The help message says to resume deploys by ‘adding credits’. I went and did a manual credit recharge, which did not resume deploys.
Please advise.
