I woke up to find our website hroseram.com being taken offline:
This team has exceeded the credit limit.

All projects and deploys have been paused to prevent overages. Your projects and deploys will be restored next billing cycle or you may purchase additional credits to restore immediate access. Learn more about plan limits in the docs

I purchased 500 credits for our account and it shows we have credits available:
499 available credits.

But our website still shows paused or inactive. Is anyone else experiencing the same issues? We provide leading artificial intelligence models to businesses and clients around the world, the traffic our website gets alone consumes credits and having our website go offline all of a sudden is just the worst case scenario.

Does anyone know how to solve this so we can get our website and service for roseram.com back online? It’s coming close to being 24 hours of being put offline.

Our website wen’t down again and even with the credit recharge the usages are just being drained too quickly. We have to submit a support ticket every time our credit usage is depleted?
