I understand that, but many people have been locked out and they’re reviewing them case-by-case and will apparently contact you via email.

After my account was blocked, I was surprised that I wouldn’t be able to download and delete my private data in the server. Is this legal?
We are still working through the locked out cases. That being said, if your account does not get reactivated, we will absolutely delete your data upon request. Please send data deletion requests to email@example.com. Thank you.
