Apex domain bikekrakow.pl stuck on "Netlify DNS propagating..." for 2 months

Hi Netlify Support,

I’m experiencing an issue with my apex domain that has been ongoing for approximately 2 months.

Project details:

  • Netlify subdomain: bikekrk.netlify.app

  • Primary domain: www.bikekrakow.pl (works correctly)

  • Apex domain: bikekrakow.pl (not working)

  • DNS: Netlify DNS

Current situation:

  • www.bikekrakow.pl loads correctly with SSL

  • bikekrakow.pl is inaccessible — the Netlify dashboard shows “Netlify DNS propagating…” for over 2 months

  • NS records are correctly pointing to Netlify DNS (dns1.p05.nsone.net, dns2.p05.nsone.net, dns3.p05.nsone.net, dns4.p05.nsone.net) — confirmed via DNSChecker.org across all regions

  • NETLIFY records are present in the DNS zone for both bikekrakow.pl and www.bikekrakow.pl, both pointing to bikekrk.netlify.app

  • SSL certificate is active: covers *.bikekrakow.pl and bikekrakow.pl, created Feb 1, auto-renews before May 2

  • I have already tried clicking “Renew certificate” — the issue persists

What I need: Please investigate why bikekrakow.pl remains stuck in the “propagating” state and is not resolving, while all DNS settings appear correct.

Thank you in advance.
