I’d like to be able to filter out internal traffic from our IP addresses, and bots.

We are thinking about this, yes!
Specifically, we’re look at how to give you geographical information about your traffic, and ways to filter generally, which would give someone in your position the ability to only see the local traffic if that’s what you’re most interested in.

Has there been any movement on this feature?
Yup! We are developing Edge Handlers which are similar to Cloudflare workers. This will unlock that ability - to filter on IP, or User-Agent, or any of the things that our existing redirects and custom headers cannot.
I’d suggest signing up for the beta to stay informed, as I do not have a firm release date, but if you sign up, we’ll let you know when they are ready in beta (if the beta is public), and production.
