“Another site is already using this domain” error.
We cannot reach the pervious account owner, where the website domain is connected to our dated site. He created and launched the site but the site is now being developed by a different employee. We would like to update the site but have no way to transfer the domain to the new account, where the new website code is hosted.
Is there a way for you to transfer the domain or something else we can do at our end?
