Analytics billing issue

I cancelled my analytics subscription because I knew I didn’t have the money. Yet now my credit card keeps attempting over and over and you keep sending me emails that I will be blocked and my sites will be shut down.
What’s going on? Do I have to pay for a service I won’t even use, will you destroy my relationship with clients because of $9. Let me know what’s going on, please.

I don’t see any pending bills for your account. Which account are you talking about, could you confirm?
