hi there! If you’d like to use Netlify DNS, you need to configure the NS records at your registrar, rather than in Netlify, to point to: dns1.p01.nsone.net dns2.p01.nsone.net dns3.p01.nsone.net dns4.p01.nsone.net This support guide goes into further detail if you’d like to check it out.

You’ll need to delete them from the Netlify UI as well. Once those two steps are completed feel free to respond back and I can take another look.
