Hi, my client’s account got suspended and their website (https://nagalcpa.com/) taken down tonight, according to her, without any warning email or explanation.
Can anyone help solve this?

The account was unlocked, but no reason was given, we just know the activation email came from Netlify Fraud & Abuse team, but it would be nice to know what we did wrong, and get a warning next time before locking the account and bringing down the website.
@fvieira You may have done nothing wrong, I believe there are automated systems at play.
As I understand it Netlify do not give warnings when suspending sites, likewise they don’t tend to explain.
It makes sense for nefarious sites/users, but is less than ideal if a legitimate site is impacted.
