I’m trying to create a netlify account. I clicked log in and there’s a github login option so I picked that. It gave me authentication error saying “Your account requires additional verification. Please check your email and follow the instructions to verify your account.” so I checked my email.
The email said my account got flagged by the automated protection system and there’s a button to verify my identity, but when I clicked that it only said “We were unable to verify your identity and reinstate your Netlify account.”. Now I can’t even sign up manually using my email because that email linked to my github account. I tried emailing support@netlify it got rejected. What should I do?
